What this site does
It is an introductory site. It has no forms to fill in, no private area, no visit-analytics or advertising tools and it does not install profiling cookies. The fonts are hosted on the site itself: visiting does not send font requests to third-party services.
Browsing data
To work and to protect itself from abuse, the site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page). Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention follows the provider's policy.
When you contact me
If you write to me by WhatsApp or e-mail, I use your data (name, contact details, message content) only to reply and arrange an appointment (Art. 6(1)(b)). WhatsApp is a Meta Platforms service and e-mail is handled through Google's Gmail: each processes data under its own notice. In first messages, please do not send detailed health information: we will talk about it in session.
Health data
Health data processed during the professional activity is not handled by this site: it is governed by the informed consent and data-processing notice form, downloadable from the Fees section and provided before the first session.
External links
The site links to WhatsApp and Google Maps (practice address). When you open them you leave this site and those services' notices apply.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to the contacts above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome · www.garanteprivacy.it).
